PCB Assemblies:(PTH & SMT Boards)
We are supplying all types of PCB Assemblies like PTH PCB and SMT PCB as per client Gerber and BOM. We are importing all the required components as per BOM. Assembling will be full-automatic. For SMT PCB Assembling, we have an imported machine from Switzerland wherein 100% accuracy is obtained. For PTH PCB Assembling,we have a highly reliable Wave Soldering machine to take care of the needs. WE WILL BE ABLE TO SUPPLY ALL TYPES PCB ASSEMBLIES AS PER BOM AND GERBER.
Components as per the client Gerber File and Bill of Material will be procured(will be imported, if required). Assembling will be carried out with our fully automatic Pick & Place SMT Machines wherein Components will be picked and placed by the machine automatically. There is NO manual operation involved in this process. Hence, there is 100% reliability and quality of the deliverables. Any type of package can be assembled with this machine.
